Board

The Board is the executive body of GTM and acts on behalf of the members between the general assemblies. It consists currently of five members and was established initially at the founding assembly in Rome, September 26, 2024.

Its first members were Jörn Behrens (chair), Fatemeh Jalayer (deputy chair), Stefano Lorito, Finn Løvholt (rapporteur), and Alexander Rudloff (treasurer). On October 30, 2025 at the occasion of an extraordinary general assembly, Clea Denamiel was elected to replace Fatemeh Jalayer, so that the newly created units of GTM could be represented by one board member each. Now, Clea serves as liaison to the HR unit, Alex to the legal unit, Finn to the marketing unit, Stefano to the research&development unit, and Jörn to the quality unit.
